Shipping:
If you order multiple products and the shipping tallies high on the cost line, just drop me an email and I'll send you a PayPal invoice with the proper shipping amount.
I do my best to keep shipping charges low - especially with combined orders, but sometimes I am apt to set-up a product wrong and the shipping of additional items might be way too high.
No worries, please! I'll be happy to fix it for you!
Refunds & Returns:
We will happily refund you if you are unsatisfied with our products in any way.
We will credit your charge card or issue a check back to you - as long as your check has already cleared the bank.
Please don't return a half-filled bottle of polish or wax or whatever and claim you "didn't like it." If you used 50% or more of the product, you probably liked it!
